DEPOSIT

A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward your remaining service balance.

Appointments are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

We understand that plans may change. Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

Your deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment when proper notice is provided.

Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will be considered a cancellation. The original deposit will be forfeited, and a new appointment and deposit will be required.

All cancellations will result in the deposit being forfeited.

If Poised Up Studio must cancel your appointment, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment or refunded.

No-call/no-show appointments may result in restricted future booking privileges.

LATENESS

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 15-minute grace period is provided.

If you are running late, please contact the studio as soon as possible.

Arrivals beyond the grace period may require the service to be modified or rescheduled depending on the time remaining and the appointments scheduled afterward.

If the appointment can no longer be accommodated, it will be considered a same-day cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited.

APPOINTMENT & SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS

Please book the service you intend to receive. Appointment times are reserved specifically according to the service selected.

Requests to add or change services on the day of your appointment are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

If you are unsure which service to book, please contact Poised Up Studio before scheduling or book a consultation when applicable.

Color services requiring a consultation must be approved prior to booking the full service.

PAYMENT

We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.

Please be prepared to present the physical card used for payment when requested.

The remaining service balance is due at the conclusion of your appointment.

Gratuities are always appreciated but never required. Cash or Apple Cash is preferred for gratuity.
